Looking for a fully remote job! I previously worked as a Care Coordinator with a hybrid schedule but that started becoming more demanding on f2f with clientele. I’d like something different than care coordination but still stay within the field. BA in psychology with 10 years experience working with Developmental and behavioral health. If everything is “asap”, nothing is “asap”

I left my job without having anything else lined up otherwise I would have had a mental breakdown. I’m not even in that great of a financial place, but it was my job or my sanity. I know at least three other people who, in the past few months, have left with nothing lined up. I feel like it’s something we need to be talking more about. This isn’t normal for people to be doing this right?

I got hired straight out from college 5 years ago from a small CPA firm and have worked in Tax ever since. Lately, I feel like this is not what I'm actually into. What else I can do with my Accounting degree?

My passion is Real Estate and Interior Design, love Managerial Accounting, I can sit for hours analyzing data, I also have a degree in Supply Chain Management.

My passion cannot feed my family but I've been burned out so much after years in Tax. 😞

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that they have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later?
