Two years before leaving, we registered the company as a Pvt Ltd, and I became a director. After moving on, I worked 2 years in a product-based company and then joined an MNC. Now, during background verification for my first job, I’m facing challenges due to the lack of records. How can I validate my experience and address this effectively?

Say I work in tech and have a decent finance experience. Would my 3 yoe of domain "expertise" in tech make me an attractive bet for the banks Tech coverage team? In other words, does having experience in Tech make me more hireable for IBD?

Can I just vent on how annoyed I am with the increase in “priority boarding” of people that are able bodied? I am happy to let them on first. But I think they should get off last.
