I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
I am confused mainly cause the tech stack requirement is similar to my role in the company.

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. Venturing into Agile

I currently work as an Change and Release manager. I became very interested in Agile and have pursued growing in knowledge. I have the PSM1 as well as the CSM. I also plan on doing the PSPO certification.
I am also in graduate school and a few classes shy of my MBA. I have over 20 years experience. I am curious as to what the salary range is for Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, or even Product Owners. Having this information will help me negotiate well in my next role.

Need help thinking through this…Debating leaving to a tech startup. Very early stage ($3-7M ARR), would have a big role leading strategy and Ops.
