I'd like to see how my PTO policy stacks up. The university I work for lets us buy back up to an additional 20 PTO days beyond our standard amounts. Payment is deducted evenly from each paycheck through the year. This is a no-brainer because I use these days to take better paying jobs from my side hustle gigs. We can also donate PTO, but I can't imagine many people do that? Do any of you have similar programs?

Met with the team had a great chat, Founder even said "I guess you can start right away"..Hiring manager calls later says they'll update then boom that generic email hits my inbox.
