And both are offering similar CTC Airbus with 22 fixed plus 3 variable (retention bonus of 5L) JPMorgan Chase with 25 fixed. My family is extended recently considering work-life balance as one of important factor. Which would be a better company to join?

Got 10 % mid year hike on a fine day unexpectedly which pushed my cctc to 29.2
We have 60k ceo bonus and 18% variable pay I am getting since last 4 years.
After checking lot of posts here it seems I am on low ctc here.

You don’t need a new visa stamp if your current one (regardless of whatever employer name is on it) is valid till end of next year.
Speaking from personal experience. My current visa is valid through August 2020 and has my previous employer‘s name on it. I recently traveled internationally on that visa and had no trouble coming back to the US despite the fact that I’m with a new employer now.
Just be sure to always carry your approval notices, recent pay stubs, employment verification letters etc when traveling internationally.
Nice 👍 thanks
So when I visit after the current h1b is expired, will I be eligible for a drop box?
