Normal in very small companies. If they have clear policies and communication, then not a red flag. I would say that there are plenty of companies with HR, and they do not operate as they should anyway.

Well said! I’ve seen some incredibly questionable things, and that's just as likely from a large department vs a nonexistent one. Judge on what you see and hear.

It depends on how big the company is. If it’s a large corporation then yeah, no HR team is a red flag. If it’s a group of 10 to 20 people probably not gonna have an HR team.

I have the opportunity to take a Solution Architect role for the Salesforce CSG team. I'm currently a solo SA for a large Salesforce Org usually dealing with about 5 large projects at a time. Can anyone that has or currently works for the Salesforce CSG team answer a few questions?

1. How many projects/engagements does a normal SA for the CSG team work at one time?
