Base salary offer at 150k, 21% SPI and 10% LTI
How much room I have for negotiation, whats the fair market rate for this level?

Is senior manager at PwC equivalent to senior manager at Deloitte .. consulting in b/w

Path at Deloitte : BA > C > SC > M > SM > P
Path at PwC : C > SC > M > SM > D > P

So can I say as a SM in D , you should only go for Director at PwC ?

How do you think about carried interest as a factor in total comp? Getting 69bps (memelord GPs) in a $420M (see above) fund, which vests over 8 years. It’s a new fund, so won’t be paid out until liquidation 5-7 years later.

Assuming I stay at the fund for two years, and the fund returns 3x, that’s 300k (obviously subject to big change depending on my tenure & returns). When benchmarking against other offers, how should this be valued? Is TC 450k (300k salary/bonus + 150k carry), or less?

Was offered a role at fluent360 but I can’t find out anything about them… the only thing I’ve discovered is a fairly high turnover rate. Any advice?

Currently an engineer in MCOL area with 4 years experience (post graduating, not counting experience before/during college and large side gigs). My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.
