So a client who brought me on for a rebrand/relaunch has shifted his social media in house to his friend’s 17 year old son. We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

Hey y’all - seeking guidance please to pivot from Web 2.0 to Web3. 8 YOE in startups, agencies and big tech in client services, programme management and partnerships. I am proactively doing reach outs and self-directed learning to build my knowledge base. However, all Web3 companies seem to want prior crypto and blockchain experience and personally, as a female, I’ve found this space a bit “bro-ish” and daunting to enter, especially when not an engineer.
