I'm a new grad who just started my first engineering job three weeks ago. My team of 6 developers barely speaks to anyone. They're just heads-down coding all day. I've tried saying good morning and asking about weekend plans, but all I get are one-word responses. How can I connect with my teammates? I want to fit in without being a pest.

I generally have a few lessons in which I can use Pixar shorts to teach students how to identify and discuss literary signposts, how to identify and explain the development of theme, character traits, and other narrative elements. What are some of your favorite shorts?
