I'm about to get an offer from NAB for data analyst role in Enterprise Analytics division (most probably would be AVP). Exp: 9.5+, tech: sql, power bi, databricks (my skills include tableau, alteryx, etl also).

Why are there so many negative reviews for NAB? Are these mainly for operations side or applicable for twch side also? My role would fall under tech side right? My major focus would be compensation, culture, learning and career growth.

Is IB worth the sacrifice of WLB? Obvious pay is really good but are the prestige and pay worth it if you’re planning on only doing it for a couple years?

Currently working at an IRA with great WLB. Honestly I love my job, the firm, and people I work with.
