I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?

As someone who has worked on the college recruiting side. This happens more times than people think. If you think it’s a better opportunity that aligns with what you want to do, then I would do it and let the company you’re leaving know ASAP. Just be ready to accept that you may not get another chance to work at the company you’re leaving anytime soon

Are both offers in the same industry?
Does you school's career center have policies against reneging?
Etc etc etc
The company isn’t going to be heartbroken about an intern bailing. Do what’s best for you
Agree^ if they were flexible with the first negotiation count that as a win and sign the line
