Big MNCs usually send standard rejection emails, saying they’ve moved forward with other candidates. At the same time, most startups are looking for experienced professionals. I'm feeling confused and unsure about what steps to take next. If anyone can guide me on where I should apply as a fresher or suggest companies that are open to hiring entry-level

I was promised that my salary will increase and as far as I know Partner has conveyed this request to the HR, but I still have not got any updates , so is it possible that , HR can deny the request, or they ar bound to do so ?. Who decides our CTC and increment ?

Is there a way to identify duplicate URLs within labeled hyperlinks on multiple columns/rows/cells?

I was thinking conditional format, but it’s identifying duplicate labels. I have over 80,000 cells, so extracting URLs manually isn’t going to work for me.
