I’m currently at Barclays with a CTC of ₹18.7 LPA and 7.5 years of experience. I’ve received an offer from EYGDS for ₹26 LPA and have already resigned. However, I’ve just been promoted from BA3 to BA4 at Barclays. The revised compensation will be shared after my last working day. Should I consider taking my resignation back? Also, any idea how much the hike usually is from BA3 to BA4?

Advice on applying to PM jobs with 1yr APM experience?

I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I’ve lead several features from start to finish and made sure to mention in my resume that I have been doing everything a regular PM does. Has anyone ever hired an APM for a PM role or done it yourself? Any tips? Advice?
