I'm currently getting a good offer from the company I wanted to join, with better pay. I recently joined a different firm in October. The environment and the boss's attitude are also inadequate, and he's constantly pushing for unattainable design targets. Since I'm in my probation time, I do not need to serve a notice period. Should I leave this space once I get the offer letter from another one? I do feel guilty for leaving so soon, but at the same time, I'm not liking my current space..
