Is M. Design from IIT-IDC Bombay really worth it?

I am working for 1.5 years in a Hyderabad startup as UI/UX Designer. After Btech I did a certification in UI/UX and got job from the institute placement only. Will a master's from IIT-IDC Bombay will be worth or should I climb the regular conventional ladder by jumping from company to company for package hikes?

I like my current job, company and public accounting. I know I am being underpaid at $70k as a senior tax associate with 2-3 years of experience as I have talked with my local peers as well as local recruiters. Also, I know outside hires to my company get paid about $5-$10k higher than me, but they don’t get a raise the following year. And yesterday I got an acceptance mail from them and mentioned that they will hold my salary till my exit.
