I’m currently in Talent Acquisition and hoping to transition into a broader HR role. For anyone who has made the move from TA into HR, what helped you make that shift?

Are there certain roles I should be targeting or experiences from TA that I should highlight to get noticed?

I’ve noticed that some companies don’t always view TA as part of HR, which makes it harder to position that experience when applying for HR roles. Any advice would be really appreciated!
