How is ZS different from other healthcare consulting firms in terms of projects? What does it essentially specialise in?

Looking for some insight! What role(s) in GCP would be a fit for someone who is great at building research prototypes and then leveraging/leading software engineers to realize the details and build them out? Eg is there a role responsible for bridging the gap between the 'cool things' clients want to do and translating that into a prototype and technical requirements for others to code (in the networking/AI/ML/data science space)? What would that be called at google? Thank you!

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. Since I have been working at this school it seems like everything I do in my classroom it's something wrong with it according to my supervisor.
