I'm currently on a PIP and found a new opportunity. If I gave my standard two weeks' notice, would I still likely be marked as "not eligible for rehire"? If so, is there any real benefit to giving two weeks versus just a week or even a few days?

I had 21 as fixed and 3 variable. Good salary for my experience. But then came covid and now I'm at 48 fixed salary.
Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.
