I'm currently pursuing new roles. I have a traditionally format and "creative" format resume (made in Canva). I'm a month into submitting, and I haven't landed a single interview or lead yet. I have 8 years of experience and am pretty competitive skill-wise. Any tips on how to adjust my strategy or better my search? My goal is to land a new role before the new year, preferably remote.
