Synechron
Altimetrik Corp.

The offer from EY India is very less and my joining is on 16th. I do not think negotiation will work at this point. Synechron & Altimetrik is offering far better pay than EY India. The difference is Close to 5L. Can anybody through some light here. I have a YOE of 4Y and tech stack- Java/MS/ React. EY is offering 10.5 fixed.

PS: For some reason, my heart is still says EY i don't know why :(

Hi Fishes, I need some help.
So I've got the offer letter from Genpact today, but I have to send the required docs and BGV should happen and then in 3-4 days they might send Joining/Appointment letter.
So my doubt is, shall I inform the current Consultancy that I'm rejecting their offer? Or shall I wait till I get the appointment letter from Genpact and then inform the consultancy?
It's already been 15+ days since I've joined the company via consultancy.

Post that no update. It's been 5 days that I got the mail. When I logged into portal it is in status pending review (attached).

Execs need to understand that with less time (accelerated filing), less people (many leavers were not replaced.. work mostly allocated to remaining members), and less legacy knowledge (half of the team left), you can’t expect same quality work.
