Hi Fishes, Y.O.E 7.5+ years. Tata Consultancy TCS is offering 25LPA including variable pay and everything. So just 15% increment on my current salary since they mentioned I am leaving my current organization within 1 year.
They mentioned 8-12% is VP plus 80k from that salary is paid at the end of each year. Is it a good enough salary for 7.5+ yoe candidate. Also any heads up for the things I should look out for will be really helpful.

Sadly, this is a thing in Houston, but they cover it up. If you’re always congested, having respiratory issues or stuffy nose while inside, there is most likely an issue with mold, it’s usually the HVAC system, either improperly installed or a leak. My realtor advised new construction all the way for rental or owning.
Just moved into Sterling at Regent Square. So far so good. Ceilings a little thin though. Have a couple friends at Hanover Autry Park and Hanover Parkview if you’re interested in Montrose area.
Just moved to Sterling as well. Fully convinced I have a 300 pound person living above me as all I hear is them stopping at night
Price range? Number of rooms? Sq ft?
Millenium High Street ROD
Hanover Hermann Park is nice
Tate at Tanglewood is also nice
Chelsea at Museum District
Prose at Hardy Yards
Caroline on Voss
My suggestion would be to find a brand new or newer building because these apartments including luxury communities have issues with mold. We’ve been able to break two leases in two luxury communities because of getting sick from mold in the apt.
I used to live at Astor Tanglewood; liked it when I was there
I’ll check them out thanks, honestly never heard of them
You could’ve just said “nice parts of Houston”
Also try this locator Fancy Apartments on IG, they have the best inventory. Avoid Smart City locators
Alexan Memorial
The Sterling
Hanover Autry Park, it is pricey though
Sawyer Yards
Houston Heights
the Fairmont museum district in Montrose is amazing. I lived there for 5 years.
Modera Washington has been great. Just opened 5 months ago so all brand new and excellet location near Studemint and Washington near Sawyer. They are giving 2 months free now, which will bring your price down to your budget.
If you want a basic apartment (non-luxury; white fridge), take a look at Heights at 2121. Mostly quiet. Close to restaurants. More budget friendly than other suggestions (800-1200 per month). A friend says it’s a reasonable price for the area and quality of apartment.
Got a sweet 3 bed house in East River for lease?
Looking for a new one too!
1 bedroom, high rise so 24 hour concierge, good maintenance, effective pest control, good security, built in storage within the unit
Hanovers look nice, but always see crazy crime reports for them
Thanks! Don’t like downtown though, so looking in other neighborhoods
What’s ur budget? How many rooms?
Thanks!! I thought the Ivy looked really nice, but soft reviews that they have mold!
The Ivy is fairly new. I live in a building that’s about 5 years old, and nice, but there is no storage anywhere, it’s bare-bones, minimalistic, and my belongings are everywhere.
They advertise a chefs kitchen, however, there is no place to put large pots and pans, blender, etc.
I’m also a realtor in Houston so DM me if you would like some help looking! I’ll DM you OP.
Hi there! Would really want to know your budegt so I could help. Also, are there any specific detail you want to see in an apartment like no.of rooms?
Looking to stay under $1400 and 1bd/1 bath- I just want a quality apartment that doesn’t have thin walls
