Hello Folks,
My LWD with current organization is on 30-Sep-2022.
I have an offer with HCl and joining date is on 3-oct-2022.
I have cleared the TCS technical and managerial round and got an email to upload the documents to proceed further with HR discussion, an I have done it yesterday.
But my priority is to go with TCS, but the doubt is will TCS provide offer or joining letter before 30-Sep-2022, because only 6 days left to complete my LWD.
Any suggestions to handle this.

Are there hotels or offices in the area? I’d also look at standalone cleaner companies to see if there is an opportunity for you.
I am looking for a job as a waitress, but I didn’t fiind yet .
Have you tried posting in the job referral bowl? I would definitely give that a shot. You can probably find some leads in there.
There are offices in my area yes and hotels both of which I’ve applied for one of them I’ve actually cleaned which was the offices. And
the company I cleaned for penalised me for being off with a medical emergency that was quite serious they gave me warnings for it they said it wasn’t for the medical emergency situation but the dates they gave me was for the exact dates I was off for the medical situation Was annoyed at first but now i realise that I don’t want to work for a company who does things like that it’s just in my opinion very wrong and unfair . If that’s what they do then I don’t want to be part of it at all so I’m glad I’m not with that company anymore . I believe that I can find better than that well hopefully anyway and yes I’m going down the route of looking into seeing if I can get any advice on this with solicitors and cab. Anyway I’ll try that job referral bowl conversation route mentioned. In the comments too . I’m applying also for jobs left right and centre that are available in my areas that I can do I’ve already had four job interviews two of which I’m waiting to hear back from others I’m not sure about . But I’m not giving up I know there is work out there for me and a job that has my name on it . So hopefully in the new year I’ll be employed again .
