I’m currently trying to switch into IAM / SailPoint roles and actively applying for jobs, but I’m not getting many opportunities or interview calls.

I genuinely want to understand where I’m going wrong.

Is it because of:

• Lack of hands-on experience?

Received my first prenatal massage at 19 weeks today and the therapist was trained and did a bit of myofascial stretching techniques. Never touched my stomach. Just lower back, arms, legs and feet. I have had cramps in my abdominal area since a few hours after the massage. Not sure if it’s cramps or stretching pains. Drinking a ton of water to flush out toxins, but is this pain normal?

But now, I was living in the fool's paradise when I am told to leave with no job offers in hand, car and home loan, dependent parents, expecting jobless spouse with a 3-year old kid.
