I’m currently working as a Virtual Assistant and wanted to share my experience. The role has helped me improve my communication, organization, and time-management skills while working remotely. Supporting different clients has been a valuable learning opportunity. Like many growing companies, processes can change, so adaptability is important, but overall it’s been a good experience for building remote work skills.

Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). Does anybody has tips or advices on what I should expect as a new hire and how I can set myself up for success? Thanks!

Some argue Biden is going to keep pushing interest pause til next election then forgive 10k as a strategy to help get re-elected? My assessment went over 10mins and so my interviewers and I didn’t have a chance to exchange much, but I did make an effort to ask if they still have some time and asked more questions related to the role. What are my chances 🥲

I’m interviewing for a start up and the role sounds interesting. Usually for the “test” part of the interview I’ve had to analyze data. This company wants me to develop a growth strategy that outlines key initiatives for growth, different opportunities, experiments I’d run, KPIs, and working cross-functionally.
