I’m gearing up for my first government job interview next week for an analyst position, and I’m both excited and nervous. I’ve been practicing standard interview questions, but I’ve heard scenario-based ones are big in the public sector. I’m not sure if I should be focusing more on following the STAR method or diving into policy-related examples. Any advice on what to expect or how to prep would be a huge help—especially if you’ve recently been through a similar interview!
