Has anyone done the Blackstone pymetrics?
After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

It shouldn't come off as rude at all. If anyone feels rude, it should be the people coming to work when they know they're sick. Not that I necessarily blame them or anything - I don't want to waste my PTO just because I've got a 99 degree fever either - but still.
That's not rude at all. It sounds like a good idea. I was sick with the flu this year and it was horrendous and I wouldn't blame anyone for doing anything to avoid it. I should have dug out some N95 masks I still have, to be honest. The strain going around is highly contagious, so do all the social distancing you can. I assume I got it through the air.
It is not rude, but before Covid people were expected to come to work sick. It just back to normal.
Unlikely they notice the sanitizer. But most cold/flu is airborne, so the sanitizer is doing very little.
N95 if you are serious, or just get on with life.

Can you just do it at your desk where they can’t see?
This. I discretely apply hand sanitizer after every single handshake at the office, but never where they can see it
Before Covid, when people came into the office sick and sat in the rows around me, when they left for the day I would take the big can of Lysol I kept at my desks and walked to their desks and those around it to spray them all down. After a few found out I was doing that, others would walk over and ask to borrow the can and spray their cube mates cubicles that were sick also.
I haven’t been back in the office since Covid so I don’t have to worry about it anymore.

I’ve been struggling in the post-COVID “back to normal”. Every time I hear someone cough in public I still feel a rush of anxiety. Makes me want to hunker in my house and never come out. It’s not healthy and I’m working on it, but man do I relate.
