Is the difference between big 4 and MBB in compensation huge at top levels (SM and up)?

Thinking about just taking a shopper marketing job. Haven't really made anything I'm proud of in traditional agencies so I figure get paid better and let go of frustration. What do you fishes think?

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)?
