I really like Stephen Covey's work. Trust & Inspire was so influential in my leadership style and I think it's his best work. He's coming from a Christian (Mormon) background too so I feel like he offers a sort of faithful approach to leadership that I really appreciate
Haven’t read Covey’s work, but just to be clear - Mormon is not Christian. Saying Mormons are Christians is like saying Orthodox Jews or Muslims are Christian.
That said, Mormons may have more in common with Christians than Muslims do, and so Covey’s leadership insights may happen to align with some biblical principles, but Mormons have a fundamentally different doctrine of God and of Christ.

Great question… I’ve been pondering this and praying for God to make a way
For now, I removed myself from Big consulting and focused on connecting with clients that really need help and are willing to be realistic and kind in their approach
I find my own gigs and my schedule is more flexible.
Ultimately, God is calling Christians to set ourselves apart.
We should have our own schools and work environments that are conducive to Gods’s way.
I recall someone sharing that if we send our kids to school with Cesar then we can’t expect that our children won’t come out like Romans. Food for thought…
I look forward to collaborating with likeminded Christian’s that are less mammon focused and truly focused on building the Kingdom of God!
Hope this helps …
I like and recommend Stephen R. Covey's work as well. I also recommend Simon Sinek, Bob Chapman ("Everybody Matters") and John C. Maxwell.

Checking in- OP any update - how’s it going?
Thanks for checking. Very thoughtful! I am about three hours away from finishing up my current book on Audible then I have the above slated next. I’m excited about it!
Something I’ve been wondering…how do you all apply the verse in Colossians where we are to work for the Lord, and not man. It sets a high bar which is great and has potential for me to frame frustrations and complex issues (and days where I’m tired) into better perspective - but I’m not always sure how to do this. Thoughts?
