I'm looking into fall seasonal jobs right now, and I was wondering if I can't start until after their posted start date, is there any point in applying? I'm not sure how much flexibility there is with seasonal jobs given the fact that you aren't there for very long.

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
