I have an interview with urban outfitters for a brand marketing internship. I struggle with interviews; i ways come prepared, ask good questions and do my research. Took a Controller position a year ago at a PE-acquired Manufacturing Company after 7 years of PA. No support staff. Making $76k. 2021's merit increase offering was $2k. The YE Bonus ended up as $1,200(Insulting, especially for accomplishments achieved this past year alone).

So I have an offer for a position with Delta Airlines, but now different recruiters are calling me for other higher positions that I applied for within Delta.
