I'm struggling with recovering from exhaustion these days. Though my career is of my choosing and I feel satisfied, sometimes I push myself too much.

I feel completely depleted afterwards

Things that normally work to recover don't. Example is watching a movie. I'm one of those people who can't just recover on their own and I appreciate a stimulus, I've discovered stretching works well.

So what worked for you?
