I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

A lot of the job application sites actually have built-in ones now! Do your research before investing unnecessarily
Wonsulting has a good one. But to be honest, speed isn’t going to be your ally on this. Get a good base resume together, then make sure you’re tweaking based on the role. Otherwise you’re churning 100 applications a day that will go no where.
Tweaking doesn't work. I do that now as a trained writer who does that anyway for work and..it hasn't helped.
I think it's a good idea to remember to keep things very basic, no fancy formatting or design. Write a basic resume, keeping it as a Google Doc is ideal. And then edit and refine it as you go. If you're applying for specific jobs and want to highlight things, create a new version to submit. It can get a little tricky keeping track of each version of the resume, but it's worth the hassle. An online template could be helpful, but it's probably not necessary. Just making one in Google Docs with simple formatting will work fine.
