If you're able to have medical proof, that you're bad back, is affecting your work, you can try to get medical disability.
Rising Star
This is honestly the route I would go, I’d also see if there are state services that help place you with an employer that will provide reasonable accommodations for your condition
I was once told by a creative technology college professor that burn out takes about 3 years to fully recover from and that the human brain needs action of play to fully relax and reset. Find something fun to do that isn't your normal, find a creative hobby or start a fitness journey and make that a weekly or daily task, to help your brain relax and reset while you're on your job hunt journey.
I didn't know that. I walk everyday and have lost 150 pounds after having a gastric bypass. It's been about three years and I am doing better in that sense. But I will have to get back to living. A lot of my problem is I lost my Medicade and now off all my meds so it's made it a bit harder.
If you truly cared McDonald’s Burger King etc always hiring
💯 Exactly. I tried to go back to Publix. It's been 20 years since I worked there but someone I used to work with was still there. She put in a good word for me and they still wouldn't hire me. Said they had just hired a few people and would let me know. I have been turned down by places that I had worked at for years and left on good terms. So yeah it isn't easy to just get a job anywhere these days.
I hope you can stay off the meds and success will help with that. Distraction, like an easy jigsaw puzzle or Legos can help you relax enough to think clearer and narrow your job search. You’ve put yourself out here so I know you can do it.
