Amex people thoughts on this offer, as I have recently(4 months back) joined a startup with Base(33) and CTC(35.5) but not enjoying the work here. Amex brand tag and culture is good.
Hence, considering the offer, does this offer look good or is there any scope of improvement? Amex American Express

You'll get the biggest MBA premium when you recruit through on campus recruiting. So, in the beginning of your second year you should be going all in on the companies coming to campus.
If you're not going through on campus recruiting, you may get a small bump versus what you would get otherwise, but really you're getting market rate for your skills.
I don’t have my MBA, but I end up making more then people who get their MBA. The $100k people is a very small percentage. I make that now with no debt. I don’t think MBA really means you will get paid it just means you have another degree, and that you have to utilize your relationships you make at the school.
Need to share where you got your MBA, what roles you're applying to, yoe.
MBA isnt worth as much as people think it is unless it's at a top school. It can help if you're working like some dead end job looking for a career switch and you get an MBA that shows you have the technical expertise. But an MBA is mostly useful for networking.
Its much easier these days to make more than people with MBAs
Where did you get your MBA? If it isn’t a top school it isn’t worth much
If it's not a top MBA program (or at least recognized in your region), you can't have that expectation. You're likely getting paid the market rate for your skillset.
That is what I figured. And by all means I know not to expect a huge bump in salary simply for finishing an MBA.
