My resume got shortlisted for Operations Associate/Engineer-Amazon Managed Services role. I am an experienced AWS engineer with 5YOE.I feel like this role will be degrading in nature for me. Is it worth joining for this position. I would love to join Amazon based on my experience and skill set. But Not to some position which doesn't require AWS experience.

Good for you sticking up for yourself! I would be hesitant in bringing it up. Have to be mindful of how the interviewer looks at it. It could potentially say something about resilience and how that helps you in the role. But, I’d probably leave out the coworkers bit.
Just read the room. I don't see why saying you've learned to be assertive would be seen as something negative. If you're interviewing with an organization where you intuit that it might be problematic, you needn't highlight it. That prompts the question, of course, of whether it would be a good idea to take a position with a company where your assertiveness would be a problem.
Don't bring it up. It's going to immediately put them on edge and make them think that you will make everything about gender. You are not wrong that it takes a lot more for a woman in a male dominated field to be successful, but men in said field do not want to hear that.

I would not bring up gender.
