I got an offer from McKinsey Knowledge Centre in Technology and Digital (Internal facing team) and had asked the fishes in this bowl regarding wlb and other opportunities to which most of you replied that it’s not a good role.

I declined the offer stating it’s a cloud role only and I’m looking for coding role.
Now the HR replied to my email looping another HR who is Hiring for McKinsey Digital in a Coding + Client facing profile but it’s still McKC.

I have an offer from JPMC and joining is on the 23rd of this month. I have given 2 rounds of interviews in Dell and they said I'm selected, only one round is pending and they need 1-2 weeks of time to release the offer. Should I wait for a Dell offer or join JPMC.

I have already spoken to the Manager and MD at JPMC regarding the project and other things. So I'm confused whether not to join JPMC or not.

Dell is ready to offer around 6-7 LPA more than JPMC
