Interviewed for American cancer society today, and the interview went very well. The interviewer was such a sweetheart, and it felt like a conversation between two friends more than an interview. Waiting to see if I will make the second round of interviews. 😭 🙌🏿 Working from home is extremely important for me as a bereaved mother. This job would help so much, and they aren't talk time metric heavy either which is a plus.

Living in Van. Previously lived in Toronto. Obviously rent prices are high as is cost of living. Generally go out and spend more often living in a city. Boyfriend and I on good salary but not saving much due to the above. Before we move home to our own country, we’d love to spend a year close to Vancouver where rent is cheaper, temptation is less, to save. A commute to Vancouver 1-2 times a month needs to be possible (his job). That can be a flight if it’s not crazy. Thoughts? Recommendations?

Procedural question. I represent a hospital. Codefendant is a company that manufactures breast implants. Case was venued in NY state Supreme Court. Manufacturer defendant transferred case to MDL (we hadn’t answered yet). Plaintiff gave me stip of discontinuance with prejudice but now since case was removed I am unsure how to proceed. Do I file the stip in state court still? Does MDL have jurisdiction over the hospital? Can a hospital even be part of a MDL lawsuit? Very confused! Thank you!!!
