Interviewed for an Analyst role at Sanofi. After a positive panel interview, there was no communication for 16 days. I was then given an assessment, which I over-delivered on. A few days later, my application status changed to “Not Selected,” but I never received a rejection email. This makes the process unclear, especially as I’ve since applied for another related role. Clearer communication and closure would improve the candidate experience.

Any suggestions of what I should do next?
