I make $75k/year, but the opportunity for career advancement is low unless we are acquired (in early stages). Even then, I’m not sure what an advancement path would look like.

What roles in smaller startups do strategy consultants usually get? Seems like they mostly hire engineering roles, and the only option would be a specific functional group (e.g. finance) rather than a “strategy” role?

What’s best path for an MBA application? Currently at Deloitte, will stay until 1-2 YOE and then exit to one of the following potential paths:

2. Switch to MBB and then apply
3. Switch to FAANG and then apply

Hello! I joined a company in the UK 6 months ago, and received a £20,000 gross sign on bonus - clause associated to this however was that I stay for a minimum of 12 months. Unfortunately, the role is really proving to be the wrong fit, and I am looking to leave.
