The years of experience are the same, but you have 3 designations (they have 0), you have 3 licenses (they have just 2), they have little to no experience with technical complex claims (you have hundreds), and you have 3 years in management (they have 0).

What are you supposed to do when you suspect than one of the higher-ups may be involved in criminal conduct? Don’t want to idly stand by but I’m concerned about potential consequences.
