Not at all. I’m 29 weeks and struggling to keep up with caring about work/impressions. I ended up in labor and delivery due to stress and contractions a few days ago and now just want everything off my plate. I think 32 weeks is a good time to start offloading things.
Not at all! Enjoy the end of the pregnancy and get ready to welcome your baby, congrats! I had a very eventful pregnancy and pretty much shut work down at 25 weeks and went on bed rest, so you’re doing great!

Ideal time to ramp down
TAKE IT EASSYYYY. You hit your hours?! AMAZING. Id be logging on every day for like an hour and then calling it quits.
I was pretty useless around 34 weeks (I also had iron problems and exhaustion) and went off work completely at 36 weeks (legally presumed disabled in California and didn’t trade off with time after birth under my firm’s policy), so no, I don’t think 32 weeks is too early to ramp down. Especially if you’ve hit your hours. Take it easy!
I’d ride it out for another month. Don’t do more than you can handle, but I wouldn’t kick into ramp-down mode yet.
