I’m wondering if the courts will actually allow it to happen. This morning it seems like many groups are trying to explain the history to the elected president and why it improved society. Everyone is feeling it though; you are not alone. Attacked and / or left out since primaries.

My job was already attacking me and I fear things will only get worse though I try to remain hopeful. I am a team of one and the expectations placed on me far exceed those of my counterparts in other functions that are comprised of mainly WW. I am one of only three BW in my company. I have been documenting everything but with the recent changes in EEOC, I fear I will be unable to do much if I am pushed out unfairly.
OP— see! DC1s comment is exactly what we discussed… documentation is critical because it’s their word against yours unless you have the emails, chats, etc to back it up. Ego Nwodim sent out a real warning to Black women on SNL Saturday. The end of her bit was focused on getting bundles before the price goes up due to tariffs (valid point) and some likely written by YT people commentary on what type of women have weave vs. wears their natural hair BUT the beginning was a stark warning that it’s about to get tough for Black women (toxic positivity: unless our allies show up).
