Any favorite tips/tricks for looking professional in heat & humidity?

I have a direct report who is smart, passionate about her job and can be really innovative. However she carries this enormous weight of responsibility, for needing to do everything, do it right, make sure it's perfect, not trusting colleagues to help. It creates dread and panic and overwhelming workload and a terrible attitude for her and I am speaking with her this week to start to shift her mindset. Any tips in navigating how to let go of this heavy idea of "responsibility"?

Can I still work as a telemarketer even though I have a noticeable accent? People don't say they can't understand me but they seem relieved when they get to talk to somebody else. Aww, bummed to see this is a dead bowl. Anyone still around?? Getting ready for our first internal off-site and I haven't seen the rest of my team in person for almost 3 years now. I'm more nervous about the new folks that I have only met via Teams, including my 1st-ever direct report. I feel fine in my own skin most of the time but when I am in new and unfamiliar situations I get crazy body dysmorphia and super concious of my physicality. Any ideas on what I can I do to temper those feelings?
