Citius Tech. I asked for 30LPA. HR said it's not at all a problem.
Manager was fine with my profile in 2nd round and he said he will move to next client round. HR mailed me next day like like the client band is less and working on it.

Does anyone freeze with deadlines, and if so what works for you? Whenever I have a deadline my brain freezes and refuses to work. It used to be that my brain worked overtime right before a deadline - now it refuses to work until after a deadline. I think this is because all of my deadlines are internal and I’ve never had a partner look at anything immediately after a deadline. I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. The HR isn’t even reachable, they don’t reply to mails or pick calls. Don’t know what to do.
