I’ve been approved for a transfer to the AUS office. Early 30s couple, no kids, small dog. Wife will work for the state but doesn’t have an office assigned yet. Looking for a SFH (that isn’t soullessly modern) in the 600-700k range that will suit our interests: walk to a grocery store, maybe a restaurant or two, commute to work in <30 min. Where should we look?

Have any of you taken "low bono" clients while working at a firm? I want to take on a low bono client or two but not sure who would get the money. Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry.
