Is finding a first job always this discouraging?
As a data science fresher I've applied to entry-level roles on job portals, LinkedIn, and the career pages of 100+ companies that supposedly hire freshers (including startups & mid-level) I’ve even sent email applications to recruiters and senior DS using a web app I built, they liked it but still no luck

I'm confident in my skills and projects, yet I haven’t even reached the interview stage It’s draining my confidence.

What am I doing so wrong?

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
All these articles published in India are just to fool them
