I can understand how you feel . You are definitely one of the best candidates for you to have gotten to the last stage of the interview , maybe even shared a laugh or told that you were awesome but the recruiter seems mute . In some cases , an internal candidate may be chosen , the hiring manager may be on vacation, or someone was equally as good as you were but they went with the other candidate . Sending those emails don’t do anything . Pray and hope for the best otherwise move onto the next .

yes! If you are their chosen hire, you will know regardless of a follow up email
To be honest, yes, a bit. I'm sure they understand your desire for clarity, but I would still space the messages out. A week between is a good rule of thumb.
