I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.
Now They have sent a mail that your Candidature is on hold. Is this happened with anyone else also.
Please do suggest on this guys.

My joining is on Dec 13th …for the last 3 mondaysI will be receiving some mail from tcs like mails about what they are doing and a reminder mail for my joining date but today didn’t get any mails ….when I can expect the joining details in mail…like welcome mail from tcs ?? Tata Consultancy

Hi folks I got a call from a UBS recruiter for one of the jobs I had applied for Pune location. Unfortunately, the call got disconnected due to poor network at my end. And she did not call back.
The call was from this generic UBS HR number +65 64958000. I only caught the first name of that recruiter - Pooja/Puja.
Could someone let me know how to get back in touch with them? (I tried searching on LinkedIn but could not find the recruiter)

If there is an offer then it indicates a need. I think this is more rumour than reality.
There were hikes, bonus, promotions in the last cycle (2024). Please do not generalize any specific case as a general situation.
There are still quite some good opportunities.
I would recommend to check with the Hiring Manager regarding the role, work expectation, longevity of the project/ pipeline and decide accordingly instead of what people say.
There is always a bias on social platforms as people who are happy do not necessarily come and reflect that face.

UBS is hiring in APAC especially in India. Last year promotions in India were the highest till date.
Firings are BAU nowadays after CS acquisition.
AI is the focus area for UBS next year onwards, so good times ahead and not that bad an option as per my view.
Most such bad views are from CS people's perpective due to know reasons which people do understand.
There were good double digit hikes and bonus as well last year depending on the project.. so it’s just a scenario that can happen every year for few projects.. doesn’t have to do anything with acquisition
