Is it normal to have an interview with the CEO/CFO for a middle management position of a very large ($1B plus in revenue) company? Already been through multiple technical/behavioral interviews and not sure what to expect.

It's a little odd, but not completely unheard of. I'm sure it'll be just a regular interview, the CEO might just be really hands-on. I've had last round interviews with the CEO before, just because he wanted to know everybody he was employing. Strange, but not crazy.

Looking for some pay range information. I’m a national manager for a home health type setting for Neurodiagnostics. I run 2 departments (EEG technicians and EKG technicians) I have 7 direct reporting managers below me and 100 technicians who umbrella under them and they are scattered across the US. Has anyone gotten funding for their startup from an angel investor? A friend from grad school submitted a patent but needs funding for the patent fees, then a clinical trial. (Not looking to sell to big pharma company. Also, the therapy itself cannot be patented, but my friend has the patent for the technology that produces it.)
