Is it ok to join synechron Hyderabad Wells Fargo client project. I am confused after seeing the reviews across. I have offer from Wipro also but synechron is paying more. Can someone help me to make decision here?

Or if any one has a prior experience working in synechron and for wells fargo. please help to make decision. I am currently working as senior java backend developer.

I was recently promoted, and now part of my team report to me. I'm now able to see their pay rates and I am honestly so disappointed in the company. Especially since we just gave annual raises in Feb, plus we can all see where the money is going and it's not to the employees. Makes me sick

Got my MBB offer as an Exp Hire! A few insights from my case prep. I practiced ~10 cases solo using Case Coach videos. I'd watch the interviewer speak, pause the video, practice (speak out loud, ask questions, explain my approach, even time myself), then play to see what the candidate did, and evaluate myself for gaps.

I also learned the evaluation criteria and internalized the generic case frameworks.
